Congratulations on completing your virtual tour and returning to terra firma in one piece. As an extension of the virtual tour, I'm going to ask you to help populate a rich media wiki regarding the concepts and events referenced in Against the Day. Given the vast number of references, a wiki with a work like this is a godsend.

To get a first hand feel for the book, everyone is encouraged to read the first section of the book "The Light Over the Ranges". It's about 110 pages. Then each person has been assigned a 25 page chunk of the book from which a minimum of 7 wiki entries need to be created.

Each entry should include the concept, how and where it's referenced in the novel along with a short (1-3 sentence) explanation plus a relevant image, video or recording as relevant. Make sure to cite your source, provide a link to a more complete entry and only use audio/images/video in the public domain. See my sample Wiki entry to the right regarding "carpetbagger". First time working with a Wiki? No worries. Watch the short video to the right which captures the process of creating a Wikispaces entry. A few suggestions: mimic the style of the sample entry; avoid duplicate entries; and insert your entry in the proper alphabetical order.
